Instruction manual for vertical mixer

1、本机独立安装，必要时用地脚螺栓固定。

This machine is independently arranged and fixed with anchor bolts when necessary.

2、请按铭牌标志所示电压接好电源线。

Please follow the nameplate to connect the power line voltage.

3、检查转动部件是否松弛，料桶内是否有异物卡阻主轴的转动，若有则清理干净。

Check whether the rotation of the parts is loose, whether there is a something wrong in the barrel blocking the rotation of the spindle, if there is, clean it.

4、接通三相电源时要特别注意电机的运转方向。

When you are connecting the three-phase power, pay particular attention to the motor running direction.

5、开机后需空转2-5分钟，确认正常后方可投料。

It is necessary to confirm the normal idle 2-5 minutes before feeding.

6、维护或检修时，请务必完全切断机器总电源。

Maintenance or repair, please be sure to completely cut off the total power of the machine.

7、每星期对轴承加注ZL-2锂基润滑脂一次。

ZL-2 lithium base grease once per week for bearing.

8、定期检查V带是否松弛，若V带出现松弛，应松开电机调节螺栓，用专用工具把电机向外调动，直到V带拉紧为止，磨损严重时更改全部V带。

Regularly check the V band, if the V belt appears loose, loosen the motor adjustment bolt, use special tool to transfer the motor, until the V belt tightening up, change all V when necessary.

9、更换混合颜色前应用柴油粘在布上将于原料接触的部分擦拭干净。

Replace the mixed color before the application of diesel oil stuck in the cloth will be in contact with the raw material part of the wipe clean.

10、若电气保护故障，应请专业技术人员及时检查，维修、排除故障后方可开机。

If the electrical protection has a breakdown,ask professional and technical personnel to do maintenance and troubleshooting before booting.

塑料搅拌机调整及保养：

1、更换电机时，应严格按有关技术参数选配。

2、所有的运转部位应按箭头指示方向转动。

3、定期清理粉尘袋，以便排风畅通。

4、设备使用50小时请在加油部位加黄油一次，各转动部位应及时检查，发现严重磨损时，应马上修理更换。

5、请勿随意改变机器转速，否则易导致机器损坏。

6、起动电源使用前及使用30天后需检查进线是否紧固，按标示进线到位动作

安全事项：

为了您的自身安全及机组的正常使用，请您千万注意以下条款：

1、机组必须有接地和漏电保护装置，确保工作人员的人身安全。

2、机器运行时，严禁伸入机器内，不得打开机器维修门。

3、喂料口堵塞时请勿用手、木棒、铁棍等强行喂入，可暂停机器，待喂料口清理后再继续工作。

4、一般情况下请勿带负荷启动机组，待机器运转正常时，调整控制插板至适当位置，主副料应均匀喂料，以电机不超负荷为准。

5、更换孔径小于4毫米以下筛片时，上料管上设置的进料插板应调整适当，否则上料多容易卡死磨盘、损坏筛底、烧坏电机及电器零件等。
