干燥搅拌机安全使用规范及参数图解_立式干燥搅拌机

1、 本机独立安装必要时用地脚螺栓固定 清除发热管外包装纸;

The machine is installed independently，fixed with anchor bolts when necessary，remove the heating tube outer packing paper;

2、 请按铭牌标志所示电压（三相380V五线）接好电源线;

Please connect the power line following the nameplate's voltage(three-phase line 380v);

3、 检查转动部件是否灵活,料桶内是否有异物卡阻主轴的转动，若有则清理干净。

Check the rotation is flexible, whether there is something different in the barrel that hinder spindle rotation, if there is,clean it.

4、 接通三相电源时要特别注意电机/风机的运转方向;

When the three-phase power is supplied,pay special attention to the motor / fan's running direction;

5、 确认进、出料口密封、清料出口安全行程开关复位好才能启动机器。

Confirm the inlet and outlet seal, clear material export safety travel switch in order to start the machine.

6、 启动机器投料时,风机和加热不能打开,否则会导致(塑料)输送缓慢 .

Fans and heating can not be opened when you start the machine to feed, otherwise it will lead to slow delivery (plastic).

7、 机器设定搅拌时间一定要大于加热时间;设定的温度到达指定的数据时会自动停止加热并保持恒温状态,加热温度没降到常温(37度)的状态下切记不要关闭风机!

 The machine's setting stirring time must be greater than the heating time; when setting temperature reaches the specified data,the machine will automatically stop heating and maintain a constant temperature, if heating temperature do not drop to normal temperature (37 degrees) remember not to turn off the fan!.

8、 机器顶部的滤清器,在粉尘多的环境中,十天清理一次,不然堵塞后易损坏发热管!

The machine' top filter in the dusty environment should be cleaned every ten days, or the heating tube will be damaged easily after occlusion!
